NEOZ warrants all its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. NEOZ will repair or replace any part which is found to be defective within the warranty period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include consumables such as battery packs or light sources (bulbs).

All consumables, batteries and bulbs are covered under consumer law for a period of one year after the original date of purchase. In addition, our battery manufacturers warrant their batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service as outlined in the user guide. However, this warranty does not warrant the effective life (length of service) of the battery since the effective life of a battery is primarily determined by the usage patterns and the care taken over the battery’s lifetime.
